We cannot guarantee which stylist you will get. However, please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, please wash your hair 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your hair should be damp when your stylist arrives. For an updo, dry and day-old hair is recommended.

Yes, we can travel to any senior facility.

For hair, please have a table for your stylist’s tools and a chair near a plug. For makeup, please have a table for your stylist’s tools and a chair.

Yes, please let the stylist know your preference.

Any occasion!

Tips are not included in the service fee. Please provide any tips directly to the stylist. Cash is preferred for stylist tips.

The stylists will make every effort to park for free. However, if they are unable to find free parking, customers will need to reimburse parking fees.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before the appointment time. Canceling or rescheduling less than 72 hours, and client no-shows, will be charged the full service.
